# Send AI interview links to capture client insights

> Generate external interview links to collect client responses and let Pressmaster transform their answers into polished, on-brand articles and content.

Interview links let you send a Pressmaster AI interview directly to your clients. They answer questions in their own words, and Pressmaster transforms their responses into polished articles and content, no interview session required on your end. Your client completes the interview at their own pace from any browser, including mobile.

## How interview links work

1. You generate an interview link in Pressmaster for a specific content topic
2. Your client receives the link and completes the AI interview at a time that suits them, typically 5–10 minutes
3. Pressmaster uses their responses to generate content in their brand voice
4. You review, edit, and publish the draft from your agency dashboard

The content produced reflects exactly what your client said, their perspective, tone, and expertise, without requiring a live session or recording call.

Send interview links with a short note explaining what to expect, "This is a 5-minute AI interview. Just answer naturally; there are no right or wrong answers."
</Tip>

## Requirements

Generating external interview links requires a Pro plan or higher.

## White-label interview links

If you've set up white-label branding, interview links automatically display your agency's logo and branding, not Pressmaster's. Your client sees a fully branded interview experience from the moment they open the link.

Set up white-label branding before sending interview links to clients. See [White Label](/agencies/white-label) for setup instructions.

## Tracking interview completion

Agency Pro includes Interview Tracking, which gives you a centralized view of all interview activity across your client workspaces:

* **Pending**, the client has received the link but hasn't started yet
* **In progress**, the client is actively completing the interview
* **Completed**, the interview is finished and ready for article generation

You receive a notification when a client completes an interview. From the tracking view, click **Create Article** on any completed interview to generate the content immediately, without navigating into the individual workspace.
