Communication channels
Connect your preferred messaging app so you can communicate with your agents from anywhere — and receive notifications, interview links, and updates directly in the app you already use.
Pick the one you already use most. The goal is to remove friction — the more natural the channel feels, the more consistently you’ll use it. Once connected, you can send your agent a quick voice note, save an idea, or check in on what’s running, all without opening the web app.
Tool integrations
Connect the tools you use daily so your agents can access them as part of automated workflows. Go to Agent Studio > Connectors and search for the tool you want to add.Research and SEO

Meetings and notes
- Fathom — pull meeting recordings and AI summaries into content workflows
- Fireflies — same as Fathom; use whichever you already have

- Gmail — send interview links, outreach, or updates from your inbox via the agent
- Connect your CRM to push leads, contacts, and research results directly from agent outputs

Setting up a connector
1
Go to Agent Studio > Connectors
Open Agent Studio from the left sidebar and click Connectors.
2
Search for your tool
Use the search bar to find the tool or channel you want to connect.
3
Click Connect and follow the steps
Each connector has its own authentication flow. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you run into issues, reach out to support or check the help docs.
4
Tell your agent to use it
Once connected, reference the tool in your agent instructions. For example: “Set up a weekly workflow using my Fathom integration.” Your agent will know it has access and use it accordingly.
