Account & billing

No. You can start using Pressmaster immediately without entering any payment information. You only need to add a card when you’re ready to continue after your free credits are used.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Account Settings > Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Go to Account Settings > Billing > Danger Zone and click Cancel or Pause Subscription. Cancellations must be completed from inside your account — requests via email or support tickets are not accepted.
Yes. You can pause your subscription for 1–3 months without losing your unused credits. Resume anytime when it fits your schedule.
Pressmaster does not offer refunds for unused time or missed trial deadlines. If verified critical bugs prevented you from using the platform, contact support — exceptions may apply in those cases.
Yes. You save 25% when you pay annually on any plan.

Credits & usage

Credits are Pressmaster’s usage currency. Every AI-powered action — writing, editing, repurposing, planning, trend analysis, agent reasoning — draws from your credit balance. Non-AI features are always unlimited and never consume credits. See the Credits page for a full breakdown.
Purchase additional credit packs from your billing settings, or upgrade to a higher plan. You can also enable auto top-up to prevent your credits from running out mid-project.
Yes. Unused credits roll over for one additional month, up to 2× your monthly plan allowance. Credits beyond that cap do not accumulate further.

Workspaces & teams

Workspaces are separate environments for different clients or brands — each has its own brand guide, brand voice, content, and connected accounts. Connected Channels are the social media accounts and blog platforms you publish to from within a workspace. Workspaces are an agency feature; connected channels are available on all plans.
Yes. Create an additional workspace for each brand from your dashboard. Each added workspace receives a 40% discount.
Each workspace supports one social media account per platform. To post to both a personal and a company account on the same platform, use two separate workspaces.
Go to Account Settings > Members and invite your team via email. Team member invitations are available on Agency plans.

Content creation

Pressmaster creates long-form LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, Instagram captions, Bluesky threads, Facebook posts, articles, and press releases.
Not currently. Email and newsletter creation is on the roadmap.
Yes. Go back to the content creation screen, adjust your settings or inputs, and regenerate.
Not yet. A built-in citation system is in development. Until then, verify facts using external tools such as Perplexity before publishing.
Yes. Click the orange gift icon in your dashboard, copy your referral link, and earn up to $1,000 per successful signup.
