Setting up your Newsroom takes a few minutes. Choose a template, apply your brand, configure your SEO settings, and connect your domain — then Pressmaster automatically populates it with your published content as you write.

Setup steps

1

Navigate to Newsroom

Log in to Pressmaster and select Newsroom from the left-side menu. This opens the Newsroom CMS, where you’ll build and manage your Newsroom pages.
2

Choose a template

Click Add section on your blank homepage to open the template gallery. Select from premium, conversion-optimized layouts. Start by adding a Menu and a Cover section — these form the foundation of your Newsroom.
3

Apply your branding

Click any element to open its settings panel on the right. From here you can adjust color schemes, upload your logo, and customize fonts. Double-click an image element to replace it with your own. Use the drag-and-drop editor to rearrange sections until the layout matches your brand.
4

Add the Articles section

Select the Articles section from the template gallery and add it to your homepage. This section automatically displays your published content — it will appear empty until you publish your first article.
5

Upload custom fonts (optional)

Go to Newsroom Settings > Styling and click + Add Font. Name the font, then upload files for each weight you need (Light, Normal, Medium, Bold, Black). Pressmaster supports OTF, TTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 formats up to 3 MB per file. Save your changes — the font becomes available throughout the CMS immediately.
6

Set your meta title and description

Go to Newsroom Settings > General. Enter a descriptive Website Title (50–60 characters) and a Website Description (130–160 characters). These appear in Google search results when your Newsroom is indexed, so make them specific and keyword-rich.
7

Add your press kit

Go to Newsroom Settings > Press Kit. Add your company overview, key milestones, logo files, executive bios, and media contact details. See the press kit guide for a full breakdown of what to include.
8

Connect your domain

Go to Newsroom Settings > Domain. You can use a Pressmaster subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.pressmaster.ai) or connect your own custom domain. For a branded URL like news.yourcompany.com, see the custom domain guide for DNS setup instructions.
9

Publish

Save your changes and click Publish on each page. Your Newsroom goes live under your configured domain and will automatically display new content every time you publish an article or press release.

How content organization works

Pressmaster automatically categorizes and displays your articles, press releases, and other content in the Articles section as you publish. You don’t need to manually add content to your Newsroom — it updates on its own. Use the drag-and-drop editor to adjust the layout and featured content at any time.

Subscription forms

Every Newsroom includes smart subscription forms that capture reader email addresses. These forms are included automatically — visitors who subscribe become leads you can nurture over time. No additional configuration is needed to activate them.
Upload your brand fonts under Newsroom Settings > Styling before finalizing your design. Applying your company’s typeface early ensures every section of your Newsroom is consistent with your visual identity from the start.
