Instant Creation is the fastest way to go from an idea to a finished piece of content. Drop in a topic, import existing material, or start from a trend — and Pressmaster generates publication-ready content in your voice across any format.

Content types

  • Social media posts — LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky
  • Articles — long-form thought leadership with SEO optimization, data enrichment, and fact-checking
  • Newsletters — native newsletter format, ready to send
  • Video scripts — structured scripts for video content
  • Press releases — third-person announcements distributed to 400+ publications

Two ways to start

Describe your idea — type your topic, and Pressmaster uses your brand guide and voice to generate the content. Import and repurpose — paste a URL, upload a file (PDF, DOC, or slides), or paste text. Pressmaster transforms your source material into a polished piece that matches your brand voice. You can also start from an interview: launch a text, voice, or video interview on your topic, then generate content directly from your answers.

Create a piece of content

1

Open Instant Creation

Click + Create and select Instant Creation.
2

Enter your idea or source

Type your topic, paste a link, upload a file, or pull a trend from Find Ideas. You can also start an interview to develop the idea first.
3

Choose your content type and settings

Select your format, content type, length, tone, and brand voice. For articles, enable Web and Citation Search to automatically pull sources and backlinks.
4

Review the strategy (articles)

For articles, Pressmaster shows you the angle, topic, strategic pillars, and tone before writing. Approve or request changes.
5

Review and refine in the editor

All content types open in the unified editor. Use Chat with AI, highlight-and-comment, or direct editing to refine. The editor has full access to your Twin — so edits stay consistent with your voice without re-explaining yourself.
6

Edit across all channels simultaneously

If you’re creating for multiple platforms, enable Apply to All and changes propagate instantly across every format. Or open each draft individually to fine-tune platform-specific versions.
7

Add images (optional)

Upload your own images or let Pressmaster generate on-brand visuals — stock images, infographics, quote visuals, or cinematic carousels (LinkedIn and Instagram).
8

Publish or schedule

Publish immediately or pick a date and time. Content goes directly to your connected channels, blog, or Newsroom. Auto First Comments can be enabled to automatically add a first comment on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other supported platforms after publishing.

The unified editor

One editor handles all content types — social posts, articles, newsletters, and scripts. From the editor you can:
  • Chat with AI to refine sections conversationally
  • SEO optimize, humanize, or improve readability — the agent builds a multi-step plan and executes it
  • Share a feedback link so external reviewers can comment directly on the draft
  • Publish to any destination — social channels, blog, Newsroom, or Marketplace

Publishing destinations

  • Social channels — LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky
  • Connected blog — WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Ghost
  • Pressmaster Newsroom — your branded media hub
  • Marketplace — press release distribution to 400+ publications

Press releases

Press releases follow a strict third-person format and are distributed through the Pressmaster Marketplace. Before submitting, ensure your release:
  • Is newsworthy (product launches, funding rounds, milestones, partnerships)
  • Is 300–600 words (up to 1,600 words if content remains relevant)
  • Contains no promotional language or first-person narrative
  • Includes a verifiable media contact name and email
Distribution typically takes 24–48 hours. A full syndication report is available in your dashboard within 24 hours of publication.
If you select the Marketplace as your publishing destination for an article, it will not be sent to your connected blog. Set your destination before you start writing.
Add links in comments rather than in the post body on social platforms — links in posts reduce reach due to platform algorithms.
