Pressmaster’s built-in editor handles every content type in one place — social posts, articles, newsletters, and video scripts. Once your content is generated, the editor is where you refine it, collaborate on it, and send it live.

AI-assisted editing

Inline AI bar — select any text and click the AI button to rephrase, rewrite, adjust tone, or get suggestions. The result inserts instantly. Chat with AI — open the Chat with AI panel to refine your content through conversation. Ask questions, request changes, or give direction — the agent edits your draft iteratively without regenerating the whole piece. Twin collaboration — the editor has direct access to your Content Twin. Every edit stays consistent with your voice, your opinions, and your expertise — without re-entering any context. Your Twin is always in the room.

Optimization tools

Ask the chat agent to:
  • SEO optimize — structure content for target keywords and readability
  • Humanize — reduce AI patterns and make the writing feel more natural
  • Improve readability — simplify structure, shorten sentences, improve flow
  • Identify gaps — surface missing angles or unsupported claims
The agent creates a multi-step plan and executes it automatically. Enable auto-accept to let it apply changes without interruption, or review each one manually.

Cross-channel editing

When creating for multiple platforms, edit drafts for all 8+ channels simultaneously from the same editor. Enable Apply to All and changes propagate instantly across every format — or fine-tune each channel version individually.

Images and media

  • Click the image box at the top to upload a cover image
  • Highlight a location in the body and select Image to insert mid-content
  • Paste images directly into the editor
  • Generate on-brand visuals — stock images, infographics, quote visuals, or cinematic carousels — without leaving the editor

Sharing for feedback

Generate a Feedback Link to share your draft with colleagues, clients, or partners. Reviewers can highlight specific text and leave comments directly on the draft — no account required. Agency users get a white-labeled version of the feedback link for client-facing collaboration.

Publishing from the editor

Once you’re done, publish directly to your connected destinations:
  • Social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky)
  • Your connected blog (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Ghost)
  • Pressmaster Newsroom
  • Marketplace (press release distribution)
Choose to publish immediately or schedule for a specific date and time.
If you select the Marketplace as your publishing destination, the content will not be sent to your connected blog. Set your destination before you start writing.
To change the tone of a section, select the text and use the inline AI bar to rephrase or set a new tone on the spot — no need to open the full chat panel.
