The Content Library is your central hub for every piece of content in Pressmaster. All content created through Explore Ideas, Interview, Instant Creation, or Plan Ahead flows here automatically. The library doesn’t just store content — it actively monitors what’s performing and proposes what to repurpose next. This is also where all content management happens: reviewing drafts, moving content through approval stages, and controlling what gets published. The Calendar shows you a monthly schedule view, but the library is where you work.

Content stages

Your library organizes content into a kanban board with stages that map to your real workflow:

Each card shows the title, excerpt, content pillars (Growth, Trust Build, Conversion, etc.), target platforms, scheduled date, and draft status — so you know exactly where everything stands without opening a single file.

Auto-Repurpose

The library monitors your published content performance and automatically identifies top-performing pieces that are worth repurposing. It proposes drafts and ideas so your queue fills itself — without you having to decide manually what to repurpose or when. Enable Auto-Repurpose on any piece of content to keep it working beyond its original publish date.

Views

Switch between two views depending on how you think:
  • Kanban — visual board organized by stage, best for tracking content in motion
  • List — compact view, best for managing high volumes or searching across all content

Sharing and collaboration

Share your library — invite external users to view your full content library or specific stages with role-based access. No need to hand over your full account. Bulk draft sharing — group multiple drafts into a single approval package and share with external reviewers in one click. Faster approval cycles, cleaner collaboration with clients and teams. Feedback links — generate a shareable link for any individual draft so reviewers can leave comments directly on the content.

Custom workflow stages

Add your own workflow stages to match how your team actually works. If your process includes steps like “Legal Review” or “Client Sign-off,” add them to the library. Pressmaster adapts to your process, not the other way around.

Draft status tracking

Track the status of each draft directly from the library view — interview in progress, feedback received, approved — without opening the draft itself.
Keep your Review stage clear. Regularly approving or adjusting content there ensures your publishing schedule stays on track and the Auto-Repurpose queue keeps moving.
