Requirements
- Agency Starter plan or higher, white-label is an agency-only feature
- Access to your agency dashboard
- A domain you control, with access to its DNS settings
Set up white-label branding
1
Switch to your agency dashboard
Click the workspace dropdown in the top navigation and select your agency. White-label settings are only accessible from the agency dashboard, not from individual client workspaces.
2
Open white-label settings
Go to Settings > White Label to access all branding and domain options.
3
Upload your logo
Upload your agency logo. This replaces the Pressmaster logo throughout the platform, on every page your clients see.
4
Add a favicon
Upload a favicon file. This appears in the browser tab when clients access your branded platform.
5
Upload a banner
Upload a banner image. Clients see this banner whenever they log in through your custom domain.
6
Configure your subdomain
Choose a subdomain for your branded platform, for example,
app.youragency.com or content.youragency.com. Do not use your root domain (youragency.com).7
View DNS instructions
Click View Instructions inside the domain settings panel. This shows you the exact CNAME record details you need to add at your domain provider.
8
Add a CNAME record at your domain provider
Log in to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, or similar) and navigate to DNS Settings. Add a new record with the following values:
- Type: CNAME
- Name: your subdomain prefix only (e.g.,
appforapp.youragency.com) - Value:
target.pressmaster.ai
9
Connect your domain in Pressmaster
Return to Settings > White Label in Pressmaster. Enter your full subdomain (e.g.,
app.youragency.com) and click Connect Domain.10
Wait for DNS propagation
DNS changes typically take 30 minutes to 2 hours to propagate, depending on your provider. You’ll see a success confirmation in Pressmaster once the connection is verified.
What’s white-labeled after setup
Once you’ve uploaded your logo, favicon, and banner and connected your subdomain, the full platform is branded as yours:- All platform pages and interfaces show your logo and branding
- Interview links sent to clients display your logo, not Pressmaster’s
- Clients log in at your subdomain and see your branded platform throughout their session
- No Pressmaster attribution appears anywhere in the client experience
Agent Studio white-label
Agent Studio is also fully white-labeled. When your clients communicate with their agent via WhatsApp, Slack, or Telegram, the agent appears under your custom sender name, not Pressmaster. Clients interact with what feels like your agency’s own AI system, with no Pressmaster branding visible anywhere in the experience.Benefits
- Complete brand control, the entire client experience reflects your agency identity
- Professional credibility, clients access the platform through your own domain
- Client loyalty, clients associate the platform and its agents with your agency, not Pressmaster
