Pressmaster’s agency plans give you dedicated workspaces for each client, team member invitations, and approval workflows, so you can manage content for multiple clients from one platform without mixing up brands or voices. Everything stays isolated per client: brand voice, connected channels, and content calendars all live in their own workspace.

Workspaces

Each workspace is a fully isolated environment with its own brand voice, connected channels, and content history. When you switch between clients, you switch workspaces, nothing carries over between them. Additional workspaces are available on both plans at a 40% discount. Switch between workspaces using the workspace dropdown in the top navigation of your dashboard.
Create a separate workspace for each client brand, this keeps brand voices, connected channels, and content calendars fully isolated per client.

Inviting team members

Team member invitations are available on Agency Starter and above. To invite a team member:
  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Enter the team member’s email address and send the invitation
  3. Once they accept, they can create and edit content within the workspaces you assign them

Feedback and approval flow

Agency plans include a structured feedback workflow so clients can review content before it’s published.
  1. Share a draft article or social post with your client by clicking Ask for Feedback and entering their email or copying the feedback link
  2. Your client opens the link in any browser, no Pressmaster account required
  3. They leave inline comments on the draft, similar to Google Docs
  4. You receive a notification and can review the feedback in your dashboard under the comments section
  5. Use Ask AI to apply specific feedback directly to the draft
  6. Publish the content once your client approves
Track feedback status for all clients from the agency dashboard, see which drafts are pending review, which have received comments, and which are approved and ready to publish.

Content tracking

Agency Pro includes Interview Tracking and Content Feedback Tracking across all client workspaces. From your agency dashboard you can:
  • See which clients have completed their interviews, which are in progress, and which haven’t started
  • Monitor approval status for all shared content across every client workspace
  • Send follow-up reminders for outstanding feedback requests without leaving the dashboard
This removes the need to check each workspace individually, all activity is visible from one central view.

Credit management

Credits are shared across all workspaces in your agency account. Monitor usage from the dashboard to ensure you stay within your monthly limit.
