The Plan Ahead workflow
Choose your mode and parameters
Select Just Handle It For Me, I’ll Customize My Plan, or Repurpose Content. For Customize My Plan, set your quantity, format, and goal upfront — no prompting needed after that.
Review content ideas
The agent generates structured content ideas based on your brand, voice, and selected mode. From here you can:
- Iterate via chat — ask the agent to expand, sharpen, adjust tone, or explore alternatives
- Select specific topics — anchor the plan around ideas you want to keep
- Approve all — move forward with the full set
Review the calendar
The agent generates a proposed publishing schedule. Open each content piece to review its topic, angle, and positioning. Adjust Brand Voice, format, tone, or length on a per-item basis.
Complete the interview (optional)
For each planned topic, choose how the agent collects your insights:
- Text interview — answer short, focused questions in chat
- Voice interview — speak naturally while the agent transcribes and extracts your best ideas
- Skip — if your Content Twin is well-trained, let the agent generate from your existing knowledge base
