Connect your Webflow site to Pressmaster and publish articles directly into your Webflow CMS collection, no manual copy-pasting between platforms. Pressmaster uses Webflow’s CMS API to create new items in your collection, mapping article fields automatically.

Prerequisites

  • A Webflow site with a CMS collection configured for blog posts
  • Editor or Admin access to your Webflow project

Connect Webflow

1

Open Integrations

Go to Settings > Integrations > Blog in Pressmaster and toggle the blog switcher on.
2

Select Webflow

Choose Webflow as your platform.
3

Authorize Pressmaster

You’ll be redirected to the Webflow authentication page. Log in and choose the workspace or site you want to connect, then click Authorize App.
4

Configure your collection

After authenticating, the Manage Webflow Integration window opens. Select your Webflow site and the CMS collection you want to publish to.
5

Map your fields

Map your collection fields to the corresponding article properties:
  • Article Title, the field that stores the post title
  • Article Text, the field for the main body content
  • Summary, the field for the article summary
  • Slug, the field for the URL slug
  • Image, the field for the featured image
  • Categories, the category field for organization
  • Author fields, author name, bio, image, and email if your collection includes them
6

Choose article status

Select whether articles should be published automatically or saved as drafts for review in Webflow.
7

Save the connection

Click Connect Webflow. Pressmaster confirms the integration with a success message.

After connecting

Articles published from Pressmaster appear as new items in your selected Webflow CMS collection. If you chose draft status, review and publish them from the Webflow Editor before they go live on your site.
Make sure your Webflow CMS collection has the necessary fields (title, body, slug) before connecting. Pressmaster maps article content to these fields automatically.
